This morning I finally took care of something I had been putting off for a long time due to fear and lack of funds.  This morning I had my wisdom teeth removed.  I was mostly afraid because I was advised to be sedated and I had never done that before.  Being forced unconscious just gave me the heebie jeebies.  But I went through with it, and boy I am glad I did!  They put in the IV and said "You should be feeling drowsy in a few seconds" and I thought to myself "I don't feel drowsy at all..."  Next thing I know I'm being woken up an hour later with gauze packed in my mouth.  I can only imagine how unpleasant it would have been to be awake for an hour while they removed teeth from my head.  Also, it was very expensive.  Took out about half of my savings.  SO, I am having a "WISDOM TEETH FUND" BOGO sale in my shop(s).  For the next couple of weeks you can Buy one print and get a second one free of equal or lesser value in BOTH of my Illustration and Photography shops.  This does not apply to Jewelry or Custom Portraits.  All you have to do is enter the code "WISDOM TEETH" in the message to seller box upon check out and I will immediately refund you for the second print.

Just wanted to make a quick update to let you all know that I'll have a table at Unique OC in Costa Mesa, CA this weekend.  I'll be debuting some new wearable art pieces there, so come stop by and say hello!

So it's taken me awhile to get to this, but I just wanted to write a quick post about my experience at Renegade.  It was so amazing to meet those of you I've only known through the internet. And the many folks who stopped by and said they were fans.  It just boggles my mind that I actually have fans.  I had no idea how busy it would be either!  Anyway, I had a lovely time sharing the booth with Belinda from ByBelinda and I was right across the way from my friends The Frantic Meerkat and Mincing Mockingbird, and of course the lovely Danni of Oh Hello Friend was also right next to our booth.  It's really an incredible experience to be surrounded by so many creative and friendly folks, and I can't wait to do it again for the holiday show in SF (if I get accepted!).
